slopvip Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "slopvip" / "Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://slopvip.net, including all games, services, promotions, and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the slopvip platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the slopvip registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to Philippine Peso (₱) funds deposited by a player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to the conditions herein.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to funds credited to a player's account as part of a promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by slopvip as part of its compliance obligations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of slopvip is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

To register and maintain an account on slopvip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You are not accessing slopvip from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of slopvip or any of its technology or service providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from slopvip or had your account permanently closed for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

slopvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification document, proof of age, and proof of address within the Philippines. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) slopvip account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. slopvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You must notify slopvip immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. slopvip may take such steps as it considers appropriate to secure your account upon receiving such notification.

slopvip reserves the right to conduct periodic account reviews to verify compliance with these Terms & Conditions. During such reviews, slopvip may temporarily restrict account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds, until the review is completed.

slopvip processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to the availability of each method at the time of the transaction.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the slopvip deposits page and are subject to change without prior notice.
• slopvip does not accept cash deposits. All deposits must be made through the approved payment methods listed on the platform.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed once your account has completed the KYC verification process to slopvip's satisfaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• slopvip reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or transactions that trigger internal risk thresholds.
• Players who have active bonus balances with uncompleted wagering requirements may not be able to withdraw their real money balance in full until the applicable wagering requirement has been met or the bonus balance has been forfeited.

slopvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited at slopvip's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds not wagered within the applicable period will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are set out in the terms of each individual promotion.
• slopvip reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other prohibited methods.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per IP address applies.

All games available on the slopvip platform operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules.

• All game outcomes on slopvip are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics overseen by trained dealers operating in real time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other disruption that prevents a game round from being completed, slopvip's system will record the game state at the time of the interruption. Wagers affected by genuine technical malfunctions will be voided and returned to the player's account.
• slopvip's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final, subject to the platform's internal complaints procedure.
• Players must not use any software tools, bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage over other players or the house. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and are displayed within the respective game interface. Wagers placed outside these limits may be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slopvip platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one slopvip account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to make deposits.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or game malfunctions for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing slopvip staff members, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access the slopvip platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing a third party to operate your slopvip account on your behalf, including proxy gambling arrangements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the slopvip platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any slopvip content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components of the platform.
• Use the slopvip brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an unauthorised association or endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any slopvip content.

Any unauthorised use of slopvip's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by slopvip.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slopvip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling losses, which are an inherent risk of participating in casino gaming activities.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, connectivity failures, or delays that prevent access to the platform or affect game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Actions taken by slopvip in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or fund forfeiture following a verified breach.
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations that restrict or affect the availability of the slopvip platform in your jurisdiction.

slopvip provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors at all times.

slopvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document.

By registering a slopvip account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data collected during the registration process, KYC verification, transaction history, and gameplay activity.

slopvip will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

slopvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player without prior engagement with slopvip's support team.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the player.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.

Upon permanent account closure, slopvip will return any verified real money balance to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to slopvip and the forfeiture of any bonus balances that remain subject to wagering requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through slopvip's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

slopvip's internal complaints procedure is the first port of call for any dispute. Players are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance, as the majority of concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
